To organize and manage your devices in the Google Home app, you can create a home. Then, you can invite home members who will share control of the home and its devices. For example, you can put your grouped living room speakers, office lights, and thermostat into a home, and invite your family to be members of that home.
If you have multiple homes set up, choose the Home that you want to invite someone to, then select Home Settings. Press and hold the microphone button, typically found on the bottom of the device, for approximately 15 seconds. In the list of available Wi-Fi networks, choose the network to which you want to connect Google Home. You're prompted to go to the iOS or Android device's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the customized Google Home hotspot in the network list. To connect your Google Home device to your existing Wi-Fi network, download the Google Home app for iOS or download the Google Home app for Android.

Guests are immediately added as members if you have the Allowed Domains setting enabled. You can disable this feature by going to Settings & Members, located in the left sidebar. Add a Nest device in the app
